Yesterday I managed to finish the second bedroom. Then I made some progress in the kitchen, chipping away more tile and laying few rows of hardwood, but spending most of the time working the details around a closet in there and the transition into The Cozy.
As I had relocated all my office and computer stuff from bedroom #2 (my den) into the living room, I spent most of the day today disassembling and reassembling everything back where it should be. Then I cleaned up all the sawdust and tried to get things to a somewhat livable condition.
I still need to finish the kitchen, but I’m about as far as I can go without removing the refrigerator, oven and wall-cabinets. That’s going to have to wait a week or two, which is fine with me because I need a break. I’m actually looking forward to going back to work tomorrow so I can relax a little bit.
