I’m hoping to close this week. I’m only waiting on a few things: 1. State Farm needs to do an inspection for my homeowner’s insurance, and 2., the sellers need to do a stake survey. (In case you weren’t aware, the house is on approximately 2.5 acres and the driveway ‘might’ encroach just a few feet… and I want to know for sure!

I’ve already started packing for the move and throwing away shit that I don’t want to take with me. I’ve also bought a few items off eBay to decorate the family room (aka, "the Cozy"). "C" remembers ‘the Cozy’.

In case you weren’t aware, Sunday was the 10th Annual Miracle Ride for Riley Childrens Hospital. I went this year with some people from work. It was pretty cool.
